ABOUT ME:
I'm a fun-loving, emotionally mature 27-year-old marketing professional who has an upbeat outlook on life! I've just moved to Brisbane from Cairns after living there for 4 years, originally from Melbourne. I'm seeking someone who wants to create a peaceful, healthy, and happy household with me in Brisbane. 🙂 I'm looking for a long-term place to call home - finding stability is really important to me. Ideally in a quiet suburb/ complex.
• Healthy communication is my jam. 😎 I'm super receptive to healthy communication and I'm looking for an equally emotionally mature person.
• I like a clutter-free, and a clean/ hygienic household. I'm not OCD by any means, but I have healthy standards and expect we both clean up after ourselves and contribute to communal cleaning. I find a flexible cleaning schedule has always worked well (to keep me accountable too!)
• I respect privacy and enjoy unwinding at home but can also be chatty and personable. I'm a natural introvert who presents extroverted, highly empathetic, with a playful personality.
• My hobbies include rollerskating, fire spinning, crocheting clothing, and whatever else catches my eye.
• I often spend time in the kitchen as I make most of my main meals from scratch.
• I don't smoke or do drugs.
• I come as a package with my pet Parrot (Galah), Bugsy. He's 12 years old with an incredible personality and brings a lot of joy to the household. I'd be lying if I said he isn't messy with his food sometimes, but I clean around his cage regularly. Ideally my housemate likes pets - he really thrives when he has other friends in the house!
WHAT I'M SEEKING:
• Seeking 1 female housemate (aged 25+) to share an apartment or house long-term within about 10km of the CBD.
• My budget is around $350 / week
• MUST be friendly with rainbow gals 🌈 If you're a homophobe, that would be an issue.
